Office Spaces
Office spaces of various sizes are available for establishment of client business within the city.
Workshops
SRDC workshops offer frontage parking with an open space for loading and/or unloading and an easy accessibility of vessels.
The space facilitates the manufacture, fix, repair, construction of marine vessels along with the provision of installing machinery.
Workshops of two sizes are available within the shipyard:
Small workshops of size- 260 sq. m /2800 sq. ft.
Large workshops of size- 884 sq. m. / 9515 sq. ft.
Warehouses
SRDC workshops warehouses of 510 sq. m. / 5490 sq. ft. are available to store spare parts and materials used for marine related business activities.
Ship Repair Plots
Ship Repair plots (SR plots) are strategically located within easy access to dry & wet berths, the ship lift facilities and open sea access.
Showrooms
SRDC showrooms are unique in the area since it is the only space used to display wide range of products, goods and merchandise related solely to marine industry.
SRDC offers showrooms of 84 sq. m / 905 sq.ft area, with a dedicated parking area for clients.
Shops
SRDC small retail spaces of sizes 64.48 sq m / 694 sq ft are available to offer a specified line of goods and services.
